Dad you were right another poem was to be born tonight. Honoring her. She is ALWAYS watching over all of us.
My Mother A simple woman to most to me an angel in disguise, a heart made of gold a God fearing soul was the way she lived her life. A wife a mother somebody's friend she'll be remembered throughout all time, her undying love is a gift from above proof her existence was truly Devine. Lovely tribute. How's this for a mom's spirit at work: While doing an internet search for something else, up jumped two old recordings (c. 1948) by two of the most talented performers who ever lived (Jo Stafford and Gordon Macrea). Both were my mom's favorite songs. I did not know that either recording existed.
