Is that all there is

In such simple words, with dreams that are not erasable, I walk across a bridge of water that flows so gentle and the softness of its words are whispered so gentle,

I stand alone on this river smelling and taking in the fragrance of the oceans that’s captured in its arms, and I hold it in my memories for a lasting moment, a time to remember, and a day to wonder back on, it’s reflection captures my warmth,

my need and want to be apart of it’s everlasting gift, as apart of it drifts throw my feet, embracing time, as I see a young woman’s dream through it’s looking glass, and I say is that all there is,

Once a pond I time, I will say, to my children, I walked along a rivers banks, and I capture its essences, and with that I lived to write about it’s gift, a day that brought me to life, calling me as though it knew I needed a dream, a picture framed our glass to hang amongst my hopes,

And I will say know that is not all there is, an I will cry no tears, and walk in peace as I find it in me to enjoy a day, to breathe, and capture a fallen star.

An amongst my smile I will remember to say I took a long breath, and finally I breath, believing in childhood wishes, and adults hopes, that are transformed into my canvas, that I will admire one day on my wall, as I do along a river banks edges,

In such simple words, with dreams that are not erasable, I will whisper in my ear, I have lived long ago, and know I have grown with time,

In such simple words, with dreams that are not erasable, I walk across a bridge of water that flows so gentle and the softness of its words are whispered so gentle,

I stand alone on this river smelling and taking in the fragrance of the oceans that’s captured in its arms, and I hold it in my memories for a lasting moment,
