Crawl into the quiet of your secret psyche-
with the daring and stealth, of a thief.
Crossing the fragile borders of dreams real,
to ruthlessly secure your pinnacle’s flame.
When mind and body are lost in the sweet purgatory of delight-
no levee of cogent thought, can withstand the tidal waves wanton flow.
At the place of our choosing, we create the quantum dreams birth;
floating toward the contact point, to meet our lover’s energy there.
Surreptitious scenes illuminate the reality of this transition-
and we will know that for at time, we were blinded by the vapors.
As we caressed our beautifully selfish contentment…
from that within this nameless cosmos, we shall not be denied.
And we the knowing, covet the supremacy within our satisfactions stronghold.
The place where fiery spirits drench themselves deliciously,
through the mythical expanse of space and time.
This book represents a thirty-day period of my poetry journal. Each poem addresses
the dominant thoughts occupying my mind during the early morning hours of a given
day.
