Lonely lonely...is the weeping
as the reaper comes a creeping....
staring at the blankness
of his slimy cell
the solitary prisoner upon his fate
dwells....
alone alone...he chose his keeping
for the sake o’ prydes defeating,
wishing he was elsewhere,
gaping gallows lust
for his hellish descent
upon the morrow....
lonely lonely...is the hanging
mournful are the bells a-clanging
heralding the icy coldness
of his earthly night,
the sudden hempen closure of his
lyfes flight....
sadly sadly...is the trail
o’ the keeners, the old who wail
sorrowfully
for the ending o’ a
young man’s journey
through lyfe....
sadly sadly...lone pipes play
for the passing o’ a day
when youth’s vigour silenced....
justice has been
served
the mob sleeps.....
.......
joyful joyful....is my heart
how i yearned for his depart
now his soul is myne...
eternity is what i offered
delightful sin is what i proffered
he discarded water for the wine...
darkness darkness....is his fate
brimstone whore will be his mate
fire shall be his pain...
ahh...to see him stumble screaming
for his useless christ
his call in vain...
