Love your life,
Let no man or theology take it's joy from you
Many cultures and religions will tell you that's not true
You are to hate your life and wish for some here after
Or sell it for some cheap thrill you'll regret about later
But I'm here to tell you that your life right now matters
To you, to others, to your family and friends
Loving your life, that's where real living begins
Breathing in every second, being alive,
And being yourself despite the buzz of the hive
Do the world a favor and love your own life
Love color, and flavors, love textures and sounds
Love nature, love shapes, love above and around
Love food and clothing, love day and night
No matter the weather, love your own life.
Don't regret enjoying the times that you've shared
Never let another steal your love with their snares
Through all the moments you've had on this earth
There all there for you to hold on to their worth
With yourself, your families, your acquaintance, and friends,
Casual gatherings for the wheres and the whens
Love your life, rejoice in the living
Embrace the receiving and the giving
Of simple little moments grown from nurtured intent
The stories told about and laughter well spent
Together in moments when the friendship was real
There was nothing to worry about, no one to fear
Where all who were there were conjoined in bliss
Gathered together to catch-up and reminisce
The timely occurrences, your future aspirations
The daily routines of each one and to nurture
The lives you were living, different yes true
But ah the joys between them and you
When all was calm and all was right
There's nothing demeaning in loving your lives.
The less value you give them, the more others will take
And tell you that you and your loved ones mistake
Were riddled with the petty, ill spent for the times
I remind you again living is not a crime
It's learning, and sharing, and growing and gathering
Moments to carry along paths when the smatterings
Are smaller than wanted, are scattered from all
But loving your life makes those moments seem small
Like a grain of sand lost among ocean shores
Love all that you can remember, then love them some more
Do not allow anything, or any idea
To separate your life from the meaning love gives
Hold tight to the memories of the goodness you've had
And it will never disappear from the world when you're glad
You had all those moments together one day
Loving your life, makes living easier that way
Don't settle for imitations of lies and deceit
Don't forget that the true ness of living defeats
The cowardly notions of those who would steal
The comfort of your loved ones their memories to kill
Don't settle for less than the best love can give
Love your life in the reality that loving is

Do not rely on the interpretations of them
Who play the fool daily no goodness to give
