bath salts, cold chill, blanket, a cup of tea,
nap time, a cup of juice, heavens and mercy me.

add expectorant, catch a breath then relax and wait.

Nap time, cold chill, stuffy nose now cheeks
eucalyptus salve on chest, settle down and sleep.

Minutes pass, hours fade, three days later now
empty stomach growls in need but taste is still bowed out.
A little soup, a little fruit, body then feels better
