ok ok so I know this title is ironic for my "Hey I'm BACK!!" post, but it fits the poem :) HUGS good to be home...

something always hides
right between the lines of
what we say and what
we feel...
yesterday's goodbye is
still stinging in my eyes..
I'm sorry, don't be
sorry for me...
my sanity is strange
hanging on the edge
while your eloquence
fades away...
where do we belong?
what the hell is strong
when I still feel
the pain?
whispered words can lie
sharper than knife
built up with screams
silently wounds...
but something always lies
right between the lines
of what we say and
what is real...
what is real?
I'm sorry, don't feel
sorry for me..
I ran away
you said to stay
but my sanity is strange
balanced on the edge
while your memory
fades
