I Can’t Help But Be Sensitive

I get what they are thinking.
I sense how they are feeling.
And I see something is about to happen and how crucial that might be…
I rarely miss your trick.
I somehow do identify your hidden agendas.
And I decide what to do about it – to keep it to myself, or to bring it into the open…
I see what’s moving and changing.
I sense what’s behind the scene and who’s talking behind my back.
And I trust my senses that tell me how things run or remain in due course.
Yet I’m not quite sure how I feel about it.
Am I catching the waves of thinking before they spread, or breaking into someone’s inner layers of feeling, regardless of their sentiment?
However accurate getting such insights might be… how can I believe that doing so is right?
But I can’t help but be sensitive.
I don’t know any other way to relate to you.
That is because, despite all the looks and feels of guise and pretense, I can still grasp your warmth and receive the truth of your heart.
