Love bonds go on and on
Its material is clear
Of kindness and golden strands
Imbued with friendliness and cheer

Love bonds are as a song
Linked by rhythm and rhyme
Every time we learn a new chime
The beat dances in time

Love bonds in life we live
Together you and I
We build a bridge; climb the ridge
En masse we touch the sky

There is not a more beautiful kind of bond than "Love Bonds." Well done Suzie! The meeting of minds and hearts is, as you say,
"Love bonds are as a song
Linked by rhythm and rhyme" I enjoyed this very much!

"Love Bonds" is a wonderful ode to love and companionship. The rhythmic pattern and words blend as one, like a "Love Bond." Thanks for sharing. My best, Gloria

Though you tend to keep us waiting from time to time for your romantic posts when you do they always prove, as this one does, to be totally worth the wait. Very well done my dear friend.

What a wonderful poem to promote unity! If we all felt like this we would soar ever higher in life.

his is my favorite verse Susie...that meeting half way, combining spirits and souls, communicating and reaching for the stars together. That's what love is all about...Such a refreshing Sunday morning read.

If you know that kind of love (I know it but it's seems to screw up all the time), dear Suzie; can you tell me how to make it work? Hey. Your verses made me think. That's good, sweetie.

There's this gal who makes me feel whoozy
Her last name is Plamer; her first is Suzie
This girl's into love
Like a hand to the glove
For the rhyme I wish I'd not chosen "zoozie."

Don't forget me please.

Love,

Reg

My mom says ‘If you can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything’. Sorry mom but under the guise of poetic license I penned these beauties.
