the more we find fault in others...the more we recognize it in ourselves...as we become sensitive and more heartfelt with ourselves, we will see less and less suffering in our personal worlds

Your poem reveals so much truth about a sensitive heart.I love reading it because this poem relates to me in terms of having a sensitive heart.Sometimes this world can be a cold-hearted place and I have encountered people whose heart is very dark,but I haven't change who I am and neither should anybody else.take care of yourself.
I know you do have a sensitive heart filled with love and care not just for your family and friends but for all of God's creatures and the planet. I hope it is never hurt too badly that it cannot be repaired.

In Spanish there's a saying "mejor solo[a] que mal acompaniado." Loose Translation: It's better to be alone than to have a bad companion. A sensitive heart knows the meaning of love and bliss. Well said.
