We can get things done even on the run When our minds feel burdened and fazed Stop for a moment Take it in and own it Bring meaning to this moment Make your day We can accomplish so much even when we feel rushed All we need is to take a minute to rest Gather your mind, bring in the sublime Recognise our presence in this space as a gift
