Something I wrote a few years back.
There's a strange and heavy silence that fills my heart tonight A feeling that I haven't known for such a long long time A moment finally reached when you're not wrong and I'm not right 'Cause in the end the truth be said that we both tried I've found myself in empty hours so far away from you from palm-lined shores to deep fjords I've missed the love we knew My heart's not gotten colder hot embers still do glow Ain't it funny just how far apart we've grown Copyright �2002 �2005 *Edwin Dante Larson*
