Thanks for giving me a home

I didn’t mean set your house on fire

and I’ll be moving out tonight

My crystals needed cleansing

So I picked some sage to burn

I thought that gasoline would help

It sure did, now I have learned

I’ll be sleeping in that tree tonight

The one in your front yard

I need no food, nor water

I will feed on strips of bark

In the morning I’ll descend

Enlightened and awake

then I’ll need to use your car

for I must be somewhere at eight
