Felix, this is terrific. You managed to convey an entire generation in as little words as possible. This is a lovely example of short and oh so sweet.

I've been thinking about how to convey the incredible status of grandparent hood for some time now. It's a time of life unlike anything I thought it would be. I can see through many of your own poems, you're relishing this time of your life.

D'you know, a tangible shiver just went straight through me as I came to the end of this, Felix. You have touched such a tender and mystical chord here and it is like a thread of DNA going right through me... very clever and especially effective, I think, because of the form you have shaped your thoughts in here: so poignant and snapshot-like.
