I am not converting just wrote this in one of my reflective moods a long time ago... If I walk the walk If I talk the talk If I do the things I preach If I give my share If I truly care If a new gospel I will teach If I give my best If I ignore the rest If a Christian I will be If I love beauty If I do my duty If my soul I set it free If I aid the old If I warm the cold If a Samaritan shall rise If I feed the poor If I help find a cure If a smile is my true prize If I don�t worship in a shrine If I just pray in my own time If I believe that God still will care If I walk the walk If I talk the talk It�ll be the path of Jesus that I share

This was really good reading. Might be a good one for the youth to read. But we don't have to Walk the Walk or Talk the Talk for Jesus to be here with us. But it can't hurt to do it. Karen

Felix, we all walk the wak and talk the talk, without even realizing it. We care and help those less fortunate than ourselves, and I am not talking about just humans either. We love, we nurture, re give respect to our fellow human beings, and creatures great and small. We accept the things we cannot change, even though we may grumble a bit, and we seek the wisdom to change the things we can. This is walking the walk, and talking the talk. We do it everyday. In our poetry, stories, with friends and family. We do it for the little lost stray in need of a home. This is a very beautiful, caring, touching and inspirational write. Thnx for sharing. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and be with you always, and at your side constantly.
