I absolutely love this poem for all of the reasons listed below mine and more. I wish that I was reading your poems in Chronological order though; I better start doing that now that sweet Layla has shown me how to. BECAUSE, I just read the one where you are dumping someone and then I read this and absolutely adore you. So a love poem can be so short, sweet and so deep and this is really fantastic. Don't we all pray for that day when someone feels this way and means it and shows it and stays with it to the bitter end?!!! Love you, Meredith

This was short sweet and right to the point my friend. I look forward to reading more. I pray for the day when a real love can touch my heart and soul as this poem did.

The first three sentences give this feel of otherwordly, mythological, then the end brings it out of the skies and into the heart, love that.
