Guardian Angel
She is the loving mother and the sister
The long lost lover and the faithful wife
The daughter and the doting aunt
All the loving women met through life
Breathed a kiss upon your childhood boo boos
Sighed from high at your religious rites
Walked with you through your nightmares
Offering her protection all those nights
She gave her secret blessing at the alter
When your wedding vows you shared
She’ll keep a vigil at your hospital bedside
When sickness came you knew she cared
Now she waits and prays in the garden
Till a place is prepared for you with God’s own love
She is your own true Guardian Angel
Who has always watched over you from up above.

We all need our Angels to watch over us, through every step of life, right up 'til the very last one. I believe in Angels.
I've missed being here and reading your beautiful work, so today I'm dedicating my time to enjoying the many works of the den that I've so terribly missed.
Your heart Felix beats wonderful poetry.

I am in psychic pain and places a tender hand on my shoulder. I know that I am never alone. To compare women to angels is a gift from your loving heart, Felix. Thank you...

My guardian angel came to me before I had back surgery in 1983. A nurse had given me a pre op shot, but injected the sciatic nerve. OW. SeVERE pain...I was rolling around on the op cart, when this little black nurse came to me and said, "Karla, it's going to be okay." She put her hands on either side of my face, I remember they were cool...the pain STOPPED. Instantly. Had the surgery, it was successful; when I was able to get out of bed, I went to the floor she was assigned on...they didn't have a nurse fitting her discription. NO BLACK NURSE ON THAT FLOOR. I'll always be grateful for her comforting touch.
