After reading a poem "If I Could Be" by fellow den member Mellisa Cross this morning it triggered this response and with her kind permission I offer it to you please read hers first...

 


You Are


 


 


You are the light in my eyes


I captured the stars when you loved me


In your eyes I see


 


You are the light in my hands


Words of inspiration I write for you


It is your love I read


 


You are a light in my heart


I’d perish without the radiance of your smile


It is adoration  alone I feel


 


You are the  light in my mind


Rainbows in the day fireworks at night


I believe in the magic of your heart.

I see you with my eyes, You wrote love with those hands of yours too, I adore you and don't feel along, how could I with the love you show me, you give magic to me each day just being with you. Just beautiful Fee. The whole idea of poetry, especially inspired poetry, is to give the spirit room to move free and a voice to create. You did a mighty fine job too my sweet man.
