If I could send you a love letter across the universe divides

I’d send my love wishes star to star, to your star struck eyes

I’d hitch it to a burning comet add my kisses to it’s tail

Watch you through a telescope until you get my mail

Zoom in across the milky-way to see your smiling face

Knowing that you understand I miss your warm embrace

If the answer came by shooting star I’d catch it in the night

Read the words you have to say in the pale moon light
