The fight between good and evil is one where you must know both sides of the battlefield if you are to have a chance to win...

Surrender’s Disarray

By Felix L. Perry

he can take your scruples

let you breath the brimstone fire

feel the heat of holy madness

fifting spawned spirits higher

into the seat of evil darkness

beneath the cloak of insanity

sacrifice to him your reason

give into greed raw vanity

the sorcerer has spoken

the doves turn smoky gray

for purity you will pay a price

all is lost to surrender’s disarray

Wow! That's DEEP! FEE - your style of writing is catchy to the eye also with the colors and seperation - I believe I know of "Who" or "What" you speak of- The negativity is felt here in a few lines, and then choices... Great thought pre-voking Poem for sure! I Enjoyed the feelings that welled up inside. WArm HuGs, Sheee

Fee

I concur with the consensus of opinion below completely

To vanquish the enemy...you must first know, and then dominate his mindset..

Chuan Tzu gave five rules for combat and in this battlefield it seems most appropriate, ...choose your allies carefully, choose the time carefully as well as the place, strategise carefully but most important of all before going into battle, have faith in who you are fighting for...your poetry brought this to mind. Indeed 'for purity you will pay a price'...but with true Faith in Him and strong spirit inside, we have the armour we need. A wise message here Fee, very strong. Love and hugs Panda :)

There is truth in legend and evil is all over history, with satan dictating the moves.
Very well stated pen with wisdom the messenger. How are you Fee?

I do not know if you did this on purpose, but this describes the Antichrist to perfection. So many will fall prey to him. But by his actions he will show his hand. Whether we will suffer for Christ or not is another matter. Victor
