Echoes of Johnny Cash here, his voice could had taken this poem to every corner so everybody could know why the emotional whirlwind and where she was as to give her thorns a good beth.

I got out my guitar and set this one to music..It does play well.needs a bridge and a chorus..but damed if it didn't work

I agree, it plays well as a song. I was humming " Silver Treads and Golden Needles " to it as I was reading and it worked out quite well.
