And what's more... those who have walked more, have many more and much more interesting stories to tell, which makes of them infinitely more fascinating... partners to stride along the path, just sit together with and having a wonderful time, or dancing... or doing, barefeet, with a lot more "aplomb", charm and "savoir-faire", what... those mere "apprentices" think they do best... but don't, really! ;0) So, let them wish they were walking in YOUR shoes, dearest friend... they'd be the blessed ones!

Like the old saying goes. "Walk a mile in my moccy's" it's true, you don't know anyone elses life, you can only imagine, unless your circumstance has been similar, then you can empathize with someone else.
The young today...Do not adhere to honouring thy father and thy mother...The Simpsons is the iconic staple diet of todays young youth.. HUH what do we expect shoving that down their necks.
So to the producers who are intent on breaking down the family unit, and to those who condone it...you brought it on yourselves.

Take a load off Fee~I am sure you brought yours up the correct respectful way.

Awesome, awesome write! The youth of today would not know how to bear the pain of walking in someone elses shoes. Most of them have it so much easier than we did. Another outstanding write and as Georg say's a library keeper. It's going into mine!

Love this as I can surely relate-

It is only when we grow older that we begin to understand the trials and tribulations that most have faced in their lives and the accumulated wisdom that has come because of them. In our youth, we each thought we had what it takes to single-handly change the world and set our own destiny. At some point, life beats that out of us or perhaps we just mellow and begin to understand that we teach only by example. We learn, through our own imperfections, not to judge others too quickly. Nice job, Felix.

Oh! the youth, the youth, they think not to be old one day.
And about shoes, I will burn mine, I don't wish my worst enemy to wear them. The blisters didn't came from walking, someone put them there.
