The early hours waken me at times too. It's a fear that takes time to roll away. I simply.lay back on my pillow and say"I'm on a beach...the waters are licking the sands...licking the sands...licking the sands (over and over). Soon I am relaxed enough to fgall asleep with a smile. This has gotten me through so many sleepless night. Since I have a cold bed...there are times when I really get lonely. I hope this helps Fee.

Try some lovely relaxing music, like the sound of Birdies chirping with waterfalls.... :) Don't mind me, I'm a water holic LOL.
Got ponds and waterfalls running everywhere, and currently I hear Jeremiah croaking away out under the pond.
