Forest Art

 

In the breeze I feel your breathe

Hear your inhale and exhale

Maple trees define your image

The white birch your skin so pale

Spruce and fir trees shift as tresses

Lure me down a winding trail

The oak branches reach out to me

Tell their missing you love’s tale

 

The suns just a background actor

In the woods of destiny’s design

Its a place where I can touch you

This masterpiece of space and time…
