Sand Trickles

Not about me, just images in my mind when I saw this picture...

Sand Trickles

Sand in an hour glass
Crystal-tears on cheek
One hurt too many
I staggered so weak

Full moon in night sky
Accidentally or not
Will I slowly dissolve
Someone easily forgot

Dreams to nightmares
No sweet pillow talk
Heart beats so loud
To each tick of clock

Once said I love you
No other would do
So why am I crying
Alone midnight blue

Stars blinking tremble
Lone loon calls his mate
My hour glass empties
Is it finally too late?
