As an optimist I would say no matter the hand we are dealt, we have to play it to the best of our ability. Life is unfair, I suppose I will agree with that but struggle makes us stronger and, if we allow it, better people. I have empathy because I have lived and if I have a dull or dreary day, I know that with a bit of effort I could have changed it. Happy New Year, Fee. I hope it will be a beautiful one for you.

My mother would have shouted that I am being overdramatic. But...been hard since Ray's health took a downturn. He's having surgery the 20th. Hope it helps.

It's hard to put your love out there again once it has been stomped on. It's not that we are fools if we do.....it just plain hurts to imagine that it will happen again. It takes a lot of courage to give someone our love once it has.
