Although he's bent and broken,
she only sees his love.
When he's so tired of walking,
In love unspoken
She stops to hold him up.
When they change direction
Though he tries,
He can barely stand,
It's all she can do
to keep hold of his hand,
He's been through
all the plagues of life,
sorrow and death and war,
and allways in her mind and heart
She's been by his side.
In love unspoken,
He looks into her eyes,
hoping she can show him
how he can still
touch the good in life,
how they can love forever.
