Then pain of another lost love
may just be too much for me to bear.
Whenever I share
my love
I cry in my lonliness
in my hope
that my lover will truly care.
That just for one second
she might turn
and notice the emptiness
in my eyes and want to know
those parts of myself
that only to her I long to bare.
Whenever I try
to understand the heart of someone
and their hate
I can't cope
anymore I don't know if I should dare.
I long to have just one more chance
to learn to search for the sadness burning in another's soul
to douse the fire of their pain
and ease their mind with my caring.
It's true. Love is rare but not as aloof as some think. We must open our hearts to recieve ,otherwise you'll miss the chance to grasp real love before it is too late. There are times when we think we are in love from a gasty decision to grab what we think is love. Believe me , Pierre it's there. Never give up on love and open your heart so love knows you're home.
