If I recite for you
the words that speak your rhythm
the ideology of your heartbeat
would that allay your fears?

If I submit to you
the sights that etch your vision
the theology of your aesthete
could that stay your tears?

What lies frail
on the edge of reason
that grants grave pause
shudders light
and braves treason
invoking nature's laws?

If I release from you
the sighs that bind your mention
the mythology late to entreat
should that outweigh your years?

This is something I would expect to read in a published poetry book- very stylised, your voice strong.
