I'm not sure to re-build New Orleans is a good idea, since the soil is now no good. There's gotta be other solution to compensate everyone for this.
I agree, help SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE way in advance to help the poor to evacuate so the loss of lives shouldn't have to happen. Help only came too late. What's the sense of sending free bus services after the fact? The free bus services should have been there BEFORE THE STORM. There is no excuse when you know something will happen way in advance and didn't do anything about it.
Anyway, it was too depressing to watch the news, so I have not followed up with the story lately. I can only understand the anguish of the people who are involved and sympathize with them.
