"Surrender" is set for male chorus and was recorded by our Delian

The final "s" in the poem is turned into the sound of a gust of wind or
a gentle wave.  The highest voice has most of the text, while the lower
voices sing "surrender" in its original and increasingly abridged
forms.  The last line (which, by the way, sounds very biblical!) is
spoken.  The style of the music was suggested both by medieval polyphony
and Tibetan Buddhist chant.
