It's A Beautiful Morning by Barbara Lynn Terry
I looked at the flowers across the street As the sun came up and the birds sang so sweet, I sat up in my bed and swung out my feet, From under the covers to go and meet, A new day dawning so bright I had to greet, Every flower, bird, even the officer on the beat.

WOW! Wish my morning was that great....where I live it was rainy and cold with some of the last leaves falling to remind us winter is on the way. Enjoyed your up lifting poem.
