In life it is so true
that when you are so blue
and you are on the brink
you head off to see the shrink
who then looked at you and said
you have a mental defect
and for you I select...
But if you follow what he said
you might as well be dead,
because his advice
is not very nice
as he is only interested in
giving you a lot of medicine.
So the next time you feel
like the proverbial fifth wheel
don't go to see the shrink
because he will leave you on the brink
and that's where you began
so just do the best that you can.
My faith gets me through more than anything else I saw a psychologist for years, and she was a great help, but when they changed the person I saw without my notification I got frustrated, great advise

Yup, keep it to yourself. Go to bed and dream solutions to the problem. Shrinks want your money and encourage you to 'spill the beans' - at your expense!
Sshrink and medication are connected. You give them money and tell them what they need to know about you and then tell you about yourself of what you've told them to begin with.
It's like you pay them to listen to your story and then have them tell it back to you in return.
Then they prescribe you some medication for test just to make them look more professional.
