It wasn’t his poetry Or his countenance That made me breathe deep It was his way with people It was his kindness Wasn’t his white oxford That made me squirm Following him, reading him I sensed something honest Honest and hungry, as if he Hadn’t eaten in ages. This is very lovely....it has an innocence to it though the words say something a bit different. Hungry for human touch--well, it's vital in my opinion. Your range on topics you write about is ..hmmm, unlimited is the word maybe! THAT in itself is true talent.
