restoring the jesus monument suffering from corrosive bronze disease streaked with blue-green patina the Ignorance from the veins in his hands to the ribs in his socks who fought, who bled, who died, the corrosion so obscure it'll take another myth born for the holy restoration. the ignorant will never cease to live & thrive
how great my own life would be if never myself
fell into the pith of ignorance and yet...also
as I discovered my own ignorance(s)
(holy shock city!)
what a great life I could have "had"
...yet what a great life I "live" because
I have discovered my own ignorance...
it is a blade we all have brandished
and we all have grown to discover it
and usually it is easier to see in others
over our own...
