Peaceful  Peace  

What can be said, what else do we need and desire?

If peace were on our priority list – what would be higher?

We can have gold, silver and servants to boast

But the Lord’s peace is really what we really need the most

Our body cannot survive long without peaceful sleep

Our body is not owned by us, it is God’s property to keep

 For the Lord is our Sheppard

He compassionately tends to His sheep

So what good is wealth if we have no peace?

We can never be happy without peaceful rest

 For Jesus Christ is the Lord

Our Father in Heaven knows what’s BEST!

May The Lord grant us peace,

 every moment of every day

Then we can have true happiness

by living a peaceful life - God’s way!
