The Art of Karaoke

I was stationed in Japan for three years when I served in the US Air Force. It's the karaoke capital of the world! It can be fun if you are in the right atmosphere. My wife and I once sang "Raindrops are Falling on my Head" in Tokyo with raincoat props with a sprinkler pouring water on a umbella we held. That was fun!

Singing is something to enjoy now and then Karaoke is a good means of verbal expression Once hooked, you may want to sing again! Some folks need a few drinks to get up Once they sing one song they usually sing more As long as they keep filling their cup! Sometimes too many drinks get out of hand Some folks sound like a bull frog in heat But don’t fret, the next time you may be the one croaking Smile, because may never know whom you'll meet! These days I try to stay away from bars But I still like to sing every now and then So I limit singing in the church and in my car I'll only sing karaoke with a long-lost friend! Amen! I've had fun with Karaoke but my best singing is done in my car to CD's or the radio. 'Enjoyed!!
