Poem Artwork
I

There was a young lady from Milan
who loved to sit nude on her lawn
so she took a permit
for a tan as she slit
whoever visited her in Milan.

II

There was a young man from Spain
who injected cocaine in his veins
and day after day went
his spine and bones bent
till his daily cocaine ate his brain.

III

There was an old man from Delhi
who had a round, bulging belly;
he felt very alone,
no one followed his tone,
doctors prescribed a smelly jelly.

A humorous vein from an otherwise serious writer of mind puzzles.

I liked this actually, and especially related to the second limerick, as this was a season in my own life, in my twenties, that could have killed me, if not for divine intervention.

Gotta love it! Still, even wiith the limericks, as funny as they were, you presented us with a mooral message in at least one of them, not too sure about the first one.

Wow, Debs! I love limericks. I have been pondering on whether or not I ought to try my mind at them here and share them. Thank you for sharing your wit and humor. Love and peace to you my friend,

Regis
