How His love will make you glow

How His love can make you grow .

Not in a religious context

Not in the Bible’s words

No denominational contest

Just in stories I have heard .

You know you love your children

Of that you have no doubt .

God’s love for you is not hidden

As each day we run about .

For we are all God’s children

And He cares for us so much .

Even though we know its forbidden

And there are things we should not touch.

Just like the little children

We have to see and touch

God knows it is forbidden

But He still loves us so much .

Our Father who is in Heaven

Could not forsake that love

Though all His children had fallen

And couldn’t come above .

No , our own children are not perfect,

But we can not forsake them.

Even though, us they may reject.

As we may blame and reject Him.

He sent His Son to save us

To suffer here and Die

Sent Him here to call us

Because He couldn’t say good bye .

Now even though we stumble

And at times we do not try

We have Christ who is so humble

And all God can do is cry .

God told me to tell you

He crys for you above

That He would like to help you

And warm you with His love .

But that He cannot change you

You have to ask His Son

So He can stand beside you

And Help you lift a ton .

For alone you can not do it

He let us try before .

You need the Holy Spirit

And He’s standing at the door .

God told me to ask you

To open up that door

Invite Christ inside you

So God won’t feel so poor .

Just one less soul to cry for

To brighten up His Day

Not too much to ask for

To have Him light your way .
