Life is made up of moments.

In the moment All things are real It's the moment You can truly feel. Life takes place In the moment Time and space Are in the moment. There is no past In the moment The future doesn't last In the moment. Happiness is yours In the moment Peace is yours In the moment. Relax in the moment Rest in the moment Abide in the moment Survive in the moment.

I often spend a lot of moments just thinking, doing nothing. Are those moments lost? I don't know.
