Think if we could shrink to the toddler's size and see our world from their perspective point of view...

NEW BORN

Floating and warm it was, and
very cozy inside Mummy's womb,
but now I am outside, don't liking
the no floating and feeling cold,

the sudden lights hurting my eyes
can't focus well, I am just born
to have enormous blurry faces of
crazy people saying googlelygoo!?

ONE YEAR OLD

I just turned one, experimenting,
first steps walk, nobody saw me,
exploring I went the new horizon
that are just above your bony knees.

I don't know why I get so tired
just to crawl from there to here,
maybe the distance is too great and
a stroller perhaps is all I need.

Born among gargantuan giants...
I duck, give way and watch the feet,
is all I can do to survive another day
when you are like me, a little kid.

Nursing was great, cozy and warm,
for it you don't need no accuracy,
but be careful or Mummy will say
"Ouch! suck baby, suck, but no teeth!"

ABOUT THE WORLD AROUND

Cupboards like enormous cathedrals,
hight chairs, out of reach for me,
from where I am, as a little child,
your "normal" world is too big for me.
