Yes ... it is indeed a matter of perspective dear Georg. And the more we get out of ourselves; the more of HIM we see.
As far as haikus being traditionally relegated to nature; perhaps in the beginning but now ... isn't the playing field more open to experimentation?
Traditionalism has its place, but what is now considered traditional was not back when it was being created - it was cutting edge then. New forms never came into being by those who strictly adhered to traditional methods or teachings while creating.
A new name for this approach could simply be a 5-7-5 approach. One could do that with any numerical sequence and be perfectly relevant.
Creating has no boundaries and should always be understood in the light of the pioneering spirit searching for new espression.

and the idea that just his hand alone suffered more pain than ever your life is capable of is a stunning idea let alone all those stripes and lashings and such as well as the pain of rejection both by man and seemingly his Father while he was on the cross there.
i am stumped how you could managed to contain so much in 17 syllables.
