Its time to seek the true reality To quit the game of hide and seek Its time to find the heart felt dream And find what makes a life unique Reach for stars that call to you Touch the newborns face of silk Walk the road that was wished for And never look at what was once Time to take that road unmarred By footprints that look just like yours Time to grasp the dreams you hid For sometime in your futures hope The risks are there no doubt at all And stumble you may do But get back on toward the light For time is growing short A life is like a windup clock And eventually will stop Except this clock gets wound but once So live before the spring unwinds

Great poem:your poem celebrates life and encourages the reader to live fully and also is also a reminder of Time ,ticking by.."so live before the springs unwind"..a philosophical poem. Anne pawlak.
