Pleasures of the flesh and mind

All men are hungry for the pleasures of the flesh,
hungry for the pleasures of the mind.
A moment when all dreams come into reality
when wish and reality merged into one
truth is not what is hoped for
Instead the abstract dream world is the goal.
A day when the flesh is fully satisfied
and the mind is completely satiated.
Yet it’s found that reality is without any real goal
instead is a leaf adrift on the confusing tumult.
No dreams are realized, or achievable,
just pure unadulterated happening.
Hopefully, one gets a rare and lucky chance
to get what makes one have a dream come true .
So reach for the gold ring, reach for your star,
then pray hard, oh so hard, for the chances are slim.
Perhaps the luck will be yours,
even tho’ the odds are dismal
hope for the one in a million.
I will pray for you!

there are still real dreams men have. still real men who have real dreams and are blessed to have honor within their own soul, to love and let love bless them that may be all they have. live and be blessed with the dreams that give one hope and " rare and lucky chance."

always,
randy
