Each day I find another reason
To make this life a shortened verse
But then I find another reason
To discover the path I might transverse
So roads open up and roads close down
Smiles happens as well as frowns
So each day becomes a challenge
To find the way ahead
Each day is an adventure, a change
A road to tread
So no matter the trouble the dread the fear
Another day will suffice to cheer
Because I must know, I am entranced
By life’s new trail, and I fear
This may take a life time to explore
The many paths, the many doors
