i'm mesmerized with my keyboard
just look at it
we take all these symbols
all jumbled up
the letters the numbers
punch them in just the right sequence
and
wella
out comes exactly what i'm thinking
almost without thinking
communication at its finest
mesmerizing
who decided to put the q next to the w
the a next to the s
and the space bar for the thumbs
and we are all connected with this one thing
we do
even my 8 year old is efficient at it
and my daughter
at 14 she hums an easy 70 WPM
all over the world right now and all the right nows
millions maybe billions of people are punching
out a sequence of symbols
on a keyboard very much like mine and yours
and lots of us use the exact same technique to do it
really amazing
intriguing
freaking mesmerizing
70 words per minute?? geez I think your daughter needs to teach me... :) good write Josie as always.

I dont like all the praises being as modest as I am but I get a check everytime someone punches a key. that is y I can write garbage all day I finally am free

Hehehe my dear, it's also facinating how u punch out poems abt these simple things in life which we usually ignore. Good write! I'm kinda fast at typing so usually end up typing Chinese in English...know what I mean? (lol, krisie always makes fun of my typos hehe)
