hmmmmm so many thoughts
swirling
so many feelings emotions
so much life in me
so much life yet to be lived
and the future
what will it hold
images of children grown
my sons tall and strong
my daughter so beautiful
in spirit and soul
my touchstones
and I am breathless with anticipation
for life unfolding
for what it will be
for what it has been
and I know now
that
it is all out of my hands
that I control not one thing
that I can’t make anything be
that the moments of my life
are fleeting at best
are rapid at least
so many thoughts swirling
feelings emotions
as I turn over the reins
to
the power
of
fate

When I look back on my own life I find it quite humorous to think I ever had any control...nicely done!!

Jose,
I fear I almost pasted the entire piece! Good piece, mysterious, fleeing, good..alive...yes alive, thats the word!
I have especially enjoyed your pieces of recent, they seem to breathe a new sort of wondous new, like a child exhaling in excited fashion and form, anyway good right, always a pleasure to read your heart unfolding...in freshness
Sincerely,
Rodney Evan Bohen

Josephine, sometimes I wonder if you realize how much talent lies inside of you. No matter what you write about, the powerful of the spoken word as presented by you rises up and slaps me in the face. You have a magnificient talent ... You do not write enough. There are so many ideas inside your mind ... and great poetic ideas they are. Waiting for more of them with hungry anticipation. Bill

It is not so much fate but destiny that does guide us into tomorrows fold. Beautiful work, Josefina.
