Possibly a brand new poetry form. Even if it's not, are you up to the challenge?

I'm not sure this form exists. I've never heard of it at least. It has currently been named Crystallic by Gordan Green of Writer's Cafe, and until somebody tells me different, that's what I'm calling it.

Here are the rules:
1. The poem MUST be about nature in some way.
3. The poem must be only one stanza.
2. The stanza must have 5 lines. Each line has a specific number of syllables:

line 1: 5 syllables
line 2: 4 syllables
line 3: 3 syllables
line 4: 2 syllables
line 5: 1 syllable

Note that the lines do not have to be seperate sentences. The entire poem may be one sentence or it may contain several.


Here are two examples:

Time trickles slowly
as the day fades
into dusk.
Twilight.
Night.



Stars glitter brightly.
The moon rises.
Paints the land
with silvery.
light.
