Could it be the stars That reflect beneath her eyes Celestial rain frozen Within the depths of broken skies Her breath the mist of life Bringeth death to its knees Escape the demon fiend When into mine soul she breathes For it is the sight of Gods To behold one such as she The Heavens at her mercy Angels dance at her feet with glee Jubilant daughter, she is born On this day for all to see The innocence of child, beauty unseen A joyous gift for all that be.

I wrote this for my best friend's precious little girl Ayla. She is truly a tiny angel!
