To really, know forgiveness, and to practice, same,
we need to know more than it's name.
A concept in our minds, won't do, the truth really starts with you.
To know your wretchedness, and see your wicked heart,
is the only, true  place, to start.
To think for one moment that He could ever forgive you,
for every rotten and vile thing you ever did, and still do.
Well, that's the beginning of seeing the way,
to not hold against others what you, yourself, do every day.
And the ones you've conquered, well, bully, for you, don't sit there and gloat, and do all that cooing.
He forgave it back when,
when it was you, that was the one:
